On Friday, 24th October, a spooktacular event took place — hosted by our amazing Gratitude volunteers!

Thanks to the generous support of Jump-In by AirHop Adventure and Trampoline Park, the venue was transformed into a vibrant Halloween Wonderland, bursting with colour, creativity, and fun. With around 200 children in attendance, the air was filled with laughter, excitement, and the spirit of community.👻

Fun and Games

The afternoon was packed with activities that had everyone smiling from ear to ear.Pass the Parcel was the clear favourite — dozens of children joined in, unwrapping layer after layer of surprises, with our brilliant volunteers ensuring that every child walked away with a toy.

At the arts and crafts table, creativity ran wild! Little witches, ghosts, skeletons, pumpkins, and superheroes filled the room with colour and imagination. The Cha Cha Slide and Spooky Scary Skeleton dance had everyone moving, and the Halloween Freeze game kept the fun going — the children were masters at staying frozen!

🕷️ Magical Moments

Families gathered at our beautifully decorated interactive photo booth to capture memories that will last a lifetime. A surprise visit from our very own Spider-Man added an extra spooky (and spectacular!) twist to the day. The glitter tattoo station was busy from start to finish, with children turning into their favourite spooky characters — complete with sparkle and smiles.And of course, no Halloween celebration would be complete without treats! Around 200 sweet bags were handed out, along with plenty of lollipops, snacks, drinks, and delicious homemade witches’ finger biscuits.💜 A Huge Thank You

An extra special thank you to our wonderful volunteers, who gave their time and energy to make the day truly magical: John & Sheila, Barbara, Zaneta, Ayaan and family, Rajita & Maya, Bogi, Rita, Jenny, Hashmita and the girls, Nuan, Mandy, Valeria, Lal, and Kashif — we couldn’t have done it without you!

We also extend our gratitude to every family who joined us. Your enthusiasm and smiles made the event unforgettable and filled the day with true community spirit.
